Jorge Luiz Fernandes Leite (born April 3, 1962) is a former international freestyle swimmer from Brazil, who participated in three consecutive Summer Olympics for his native country, starting in 1980.
Fernandes won the bronze medal in the men's 4x200m freestyle relay event at the 1980 Summer Olympics, alongside Marcus Mattioli, Ciro Marques, and Djan Madruga. He is a six-time medalist at the Pan American Games (1979, 1983 and 1987).
